These terms govern your use of yantrika.shop, operated by Yantrika (operated by Atul Rai) (“we”, “us”). By making or buying a Yantrika you agree to them.
What Yantrika is
A Yantrika is a personalised digital artwork: an image and a 10-second clip, calculated from the wish you write, your touch on the screen, the moment, your approximate place and the positions of the Sun, Moon and planets, together with a written message and a suggested practice. It is an object for contemplation and intention. It is not a prediction, a guarantee of any outcome, or a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
Price and payment
A Yantrika costs ₹49, shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Your Yantrika is delivered instantly on screen after payment, with a private link to return to it.
Prints
Premium prints (₹499) are offered by request. Size, paper, delivery and price are confirmed with you in writing before any payment.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you write. You give us permission to store and process it only to create, deliver and support your Yantrika. Please do not enter anything unlawful, hateful, or another person’s private information.
Licence
Your purchased Yantrika is yours for personal use, including sharing it and printing it for yourself. The underlying designs, software and brand remain ours.
Private links
Anyone with your private link can view your Yantrika. Share it only with people you trust.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Yantrika concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
